Warranty – is a 30 day warranty on all items against defect, electronic failure, failure to function.
Hock Star’s warranty is a written guarantee to you, our customer, the buyer of a product. We assure the replacement or repair of the product, if necessary, Store credit for future purchases or complete refund (on a case by case basis) if we do not have a replacement or comparable item in stock and the repair will exceed 3 weeks.
If things do go wrong, a voluntary warranty entitles you to have goods replaced, repaired, or to have their money refunded. … The law does not require any business to provide a voluntary warranty. WE CHOSE TO offer a warranty!
So, as stated, Hock Stars offers a 30 day warranty of all items purchased by us – unless purchased **AS IS or **Final Sale**. The warranty covers when there is a problem with the proper operation of the product, It does not cover the Damn, I dropped it or, I got angry and threw it, or the dog/cat/baby chewed it! The warranty reimbursement is as follows:

Cash refund – upon return of faulty item – can occur on a case by case matter.
Bear in mind, if it is one or two days past warranty and something happens, we are not going to leave you holding a defunct item. Just call us, we will work with you. Most times, you will know if the item is faulty within the first two weeks.

We get it! Things happen – So, upon contact, return approval and receipt of the item, we will process a refund to you minus a restocking fee. Restocking fee is to cover fees, like cleaning, sanitization, labelling and restocking to the shelves.
You must contact us within 15 days of purchase to initiate or Buyers Remorse will no longer be available.
